If you have changed your mind

Items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund providing the item is unused and in it's original packaging. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs and strongly suggest you use a recorded and insured method in order to cover yourself in the event of loss.

Sale Items or bundles: Unless stated on the item description, the same rules apply to discounted items. If part of a bundle, all items must be returned together in the same original and unused condition.

Damaged Items

Any product arriving damaged must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery. In these instances we will offer either a replacement or full refund following return and inspection of the item. Please be extra vigilant with glass items and fully inspect before using as these cannot be returned once used. Please contact us to begin the process

Faulty Items

All items are sourced either directly from the manufacturer or from an approved source, so you can be safe in the knowledge that any applicable warranties will be honoured. Within the first 30 days you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement following return and inspection of the original item. Once 30 days are passed a repair or replacement may be offered, or a full refund in the event this is not possible. All shipping costs will be covered by us. Contact us to begin the process

If after an inspection no fault is found or the fault appears to have been caused by damage or misuse we will contact you to discuss either returning the item to you as is or arranging a repair at your cost.


We aim to process all refunds and exchanges within 48 hours of receipt of the original items. If repairs or further investigation is required we will contact you to notify of any possible delays.

Payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
